Show last 5 reports in card, icons of the two countries at each end of the card and a score between them.

That's a good addon. But it's not clear about the data. Will it be globally or User's specific?

@Nil2000 First globally, you can fetch 5 records from geo-pulses table with descending sort. And you will have all the data, now for each record, you will have overall score, country names to shpw the card.

• When user clicks on a card, it must show measure output, it shouldn't fetch the data.

The carousel works fine for larger screen but does not work on mobile screen. Need to think other ways to solve this issue

@Nil2000 It looks good. This can be added to mobile as well. @debashisdevweb what do you think? I was looking for something more compact, these cards contain lot of free space.
