Plugin does not work when Moodle installed in sub directory #2

Hello,
during the plugin testing, I found that it does not work when in a subdirectory.
In my case, Moodle is installed in /moodle folder on a host.

I cannot set up a custom URL as the validation throws an error and the rewrite engine does not work as well.

Please review your code logic.
