indexing to glossary is not working, example: https://docs.saltproject.io/en/3006/glossary.html#term-Job-ID

• This is an issue with the custom made doc/_themes/saltstack2 Sphinx theme in this repository
• The links still work, even though the banner is slightly obfuscating the location/destination a user is brought to
• The rendering of the links names is part of the theme issue and/or a part of using a newer version of Sphinx than what the theme was developed for
• The Salt Project reference docs theme (saltstack2) is fairly out-dated, and in need of Salt Project migrating to a new theme that is maintained by a larger community
  • Issue here: [DOCS] Salt Reference Docs: Sphinx Theme Refresh (Furo, Sphinx Book, or Alternative Third-Party Managed Theme) and Deprecation of saltstack2 custom theme #67090
• This issue will be considered low-priority, unless it is able to be resolved by community contribution, while instead a new theme refresh would be considered higher priority (via above linked issue)
