Help Center Implementation

Overview

Create a comprehensive Help Center page with 4 main tabs (FAQ, Help Topics, Contact Support, User Guides) following the provided design mockups.

Dev 1## Subtasks and Assignments
Base Page Structure & FAQ Tab

  • Create base page structure
  • Implement responsive layout
  • Add search functionality
  • Build FAQ tab with expandable questions
  • Implement dark theme support
  • Set up routing structure
  • Add loading states
  • Implement error handling

Dev 2 Help Topics Tab

  • Create Help Topics grid layout
  • Implement topic cards with icons
  • Add "Explore" button functionality
  • Create individual topic pages:
    • Getting Started
    • Security Features
    • Deposits and Withdrawals
    • Dispute Resolution
    • Managing Contracts
    • Account Settings
  • Add navigation between topics

Dev 3 Contact Support Tab

  • Build contact support form
  • Implement form validation
  • Add support ticket creation system
  • Create support request status tracking
  • Implement support category selection
  • Add file attachment capability
  • Create confirmation messages

Dev 4 User Guides Tab

  • Create user guides list view
  • Implement guide categories
  • Add "Read guide" button functionality

Technical Requirements

Design References

  • Follow provided mockups for layout and styling
  • Use consistent spacing and typography
  • Maintain visual hierarchy as shown in designs

Definition of Done

  • All tabs are fully functional
  • Responsive on mobile, tablet, and desktop
  • Passes accessibility tests
  • Code reviewed and approved
  • Unit tests written and passing
  • Documentation updated
