Issue with Resolving JSON

For some reason, when using the resolve-repolinter-json job, it messes up the repolinter action making it not avaialabe to scan the repo properly. This is evident when comparing these two PRs.

PR #1 shows how all .md files that are present are being ignored
PR #2 shows how the action should regularly be working

There was no code change between these two PRs. The only change was the workflow that called upon the action.
