Matching status from ODSyncService

I used the ODSyncService extensively with Win10. But it obviously no longer works with Win11.

However, the ODSyncService provided significantly better status messages than ODSyncUtil. For example, if the client was uploading or downloading a file, That status would be reported by ODSyncService. However, with ODSyncUtil the only status that is returned is "Syncing".

But on a Win11 machine, using OD, if you hover your mouse over the client icon while it's syncing, you do get additional detail (i.e. "uploading files", "processing changes", etc). I would love to see that same fidelity returned with ODSyncUtil
