EXM,How to import a backup file

I previously created a Wiki.js using Docker, which stores a large amount of my information. Since I created the Wiki.js simply by using the docker run command, I now want to create a more complete container. How can I back up the current content and import it into my newly created Wiki.js container? I tried using the backup and "import everything" options in the Local file system, but the "pull from target" option has always been unclickable. Could you please advise on specific methods to migrate the data?
