App activity detection and Split screen

Hello, I have been struggling without success to achieve the following in Tasker:
Detect an app activity (for example Linphone incoming call), then split the split screen and open another app in the split screen.

Is it even possible with Easer?

Hmm, I'll have to figure it out from the Android development API... (Easer is not magic anyway.)

But a quick search suggests that this is impossible, because Android doesn't allow to programmatically enter split window mode.
