Common Concepts

Plugins should implement common settings (which can be configured for all plugins using REEVE_SHARED_ scope):
- ENABLED=true
- TRUSTED_DOMAINS
- TRUSTED_TASKS (split by spaces -> strings.Fields)
- SETUP_GIT_TASK
