APT Out of Date

Hello,

I noticed metasploit releases are not being updated consistently in the APT: http://downloads.metasploit.com/data/releases/metasploit-framework/apt

Latest Github tagged release: 6.4.47
Latest APT repository release: 6.4.44

I noticed as the out-of-date notice was there.

$ msfconsole --version
This copy of metasploit-framework is more than two weeks old.
 Consider running 'msfupdate' to update to the latest version.
Framework Version: 6.4.44-dev-

msfupdate doesn't work:

$ sudo msfupdate

Why is that ?
