On Ubuntu 24.04 with dark scheme tooltips are not readable.

Reproduction:

Set dark scheme on Ubuntu.
Open dataset.
Show plot.
Hover mouse over plot and observe tooltip

Tooltips should be readable in light and dark scheme.
