Add search on jump to toolbar

It would be better to add searchbar in jump to toolbar to make it easy to navigate through timelines with huge contents

@ndungtse thanks for opening this ticket. just to be clear with this request
Each timeline card is made up of the title, subtitle and finally the detailed text. when you want to search would you like to search a term across all of these right?

@prabhuignoto I think searching through title and subtitle can be more fast as detailed text can be long. So basically for me I think title and subtitle are enough. Or just just allow user to select what to search for flexibility

It would be better to add search functionality on page as well( may be on toolbar) along with inside 'jump to' , so user can search and easily navigate.
