Hi,
I installed Fedora 33 beta this morning and first thing what I did is added your repo of-cause :) And just want to report that performance is noticeably worth than on Fedora 32. Stutter on overview and selecting windows in there. Super fresh system and nvidia proprietary drivers installation so not much could interfere. Just letting you know and again huge thanks for maintaining such valuable repo 👍

I do have a system with an NVIDIA card, but I haven't upgraded that one to F33 yet. I'll test it myself in a week so.

Sorry, I still haven't gotten around to upgrading my NVIDIA system to F33. Also, I plan to switch to an AMD card very soon... Can you please try again with the latest builds and see whether it is any better? Some changes may or may not have brought an improvement for NVIDIA users.

Hi,
Just tried again as you asked. Seems like it's better but still not at F32 level. Some stutter on selecting window in overview even with three open windows. Firefox is not lagging as it was, so that fixed.
Also Daniel fixed 1309 compatibility with 1441, so still hoping if you could do separate X11 copr with 1441. This MR is first patch what gives best DE smoothness for me so far.

Hello Yussuf,
I spent half a day to figured all COPR thing and I did it :) So I forked your github then created my own COPR then with web-hook connected them and it's working great. So in forked git repo I added 1441 patch then edited spec files. Most of the time I spent for fixing build errors. Problems was that source files never been downloaded from path you had in spec files and I had to download and upload them into my forked git. And in muter branch you had different filename in source file and rpkg was trying to download mutter and always gave me 404 error. So I had to made new hashsum for your mutter rebased file which was there uploaded by you.
Anyway, thank you very much. I nowhere near to be considered as a programmer but I like to overcome challenges so one more star on my wall :)
And one question I have, if you could help me with. If I would like to use latest mutter from todays master for example for my build what should I do? I tried just to download and edit spec and whatever is necessary but copr failed to build all the time. I have log but I can't find the cause of the error.
Thanks in advance.

Seems like I found the problem. Master is 40.alpha and pkgdatadir /usr/share/mutter-8. So at the end I got error: Directory not found: /builddir/build/BUILDROOT/mutter-3.38.1-105.fc33.shrisha.x86_64/usr/lib64/mutter-7. It's not compatible with Gnome 3.38 anyway, right?
