Allow moult_plot to show multiple model fits #8

Have a version of moult_plot that can overlay means and CIs from multiple model types to easily visually compare fit over the raw data.

For "treatment groups" within a single model this is now implemented (roughly) via the newdata argument. comparison of multiple models still TBD.
