Currently @namespacebrian is working on #8975 and his pushes aren't triggering builds. See internal Slack convo for more details

This is still happening (https://github.com/pantheon-systems/documentation/pull/9232/commits) but it's isolated and rare enough that we are opt'ing not to fix

Workaround is to make another commit
