Re: Fastly on Pantheon

Priority: Low/Medium/High (choose one, remove the other options)

Issue Description:

Wildly out of date. Fastly does not display any "gear icon" nor is anything relevant found in "Settings". Pantheon support says to contact Fastly and Fastly support says this documentation is Pantheon's responsibility as a corporate partner.
