XPC error: Connection invalid

I wanted to check if this is a known issue or if this might be the result of user error. I've installed the app from scratch on macOS Ventura 13.3, provided Accessibility and Input Monitoring privacy permissions, and configured the proper IDs in the app preferences. However, when I enable/disable the yubikey the logs show the following error from the privileged helper application:

Regardless of the app state, the Yubikey remains enabled. I've tried rebooting the laptop, removing and readding privacy permissions, but none of those helped to resolve the issue. Thanks in advance for any guidance or tips you can provide!
