Updating OSU Brand

@osuosl/devs The new logo is in and we need to update the website. This will most likely happen in waves. Let's start by focusing on the more visually noticeable issues, including fonts, colors, and the header.

Notice how the header in its entirety has changed on every page of the OSU website:

We're working to access the templates and I'll continue to update everyone as I learn more, but let's start with what we can do right now.

In an attempt to contain the number of people who have access to the new logo, I've put it in a drive only the media team has access to. @Kennric can access it if or when you need it.
