Hi @Epicbracelet221 You need a minimum of 60 points on the GSSoC leaderboard to receive the participation certificate. Unfortunately, you do not meet the eligibility criteria for certification this time so you are facing issues in verification of certificate.

after completion you have to open a pull request for 500 points and you haven't do this so your points is 0 in leaderboard and from 0 point you can't able to download the certificate .
