problem on downloading certificate

Hello, I am Wasif Khan from Pakistan, I entered all the information correctly, when I clicked on verify button, it gives prompt "Verification Failed".

You need a minimum of 60 points on the GSSoC leaderboard to receive the participation certificate. Unfortunately, you do not meet the eligibility criteria for certification this time.
