  • Added family members are not added back to the CHW app

  • FP initiation form and resulting actions (Adding to the register, Update the profile, Schedules (? - This might be, but was unable to check), Drop-down menu options from profile, upcoming services, medical history, FP registration row) are not being added back to the CHW app
