Determine layout design for Projects page.

Some Elements that will be implemented on top of general layout

  • Active Search of all Filtered Projects
  • Implementation of Tags Search
  • Display Titles

Creating the top 4 projects on the first page, and have the remaining projects displayed on the projects page.

Project Page Banner have same format as home screen banner. Replace button href with link to github
