Hi, As mentioned in the readme file of this project. The volume fusion code is available now in PyMIC:
https://github.com/HiLab-git/PyMIC/blob/master/pymic/transform/crop4vf.py
An example of using volume fusion for model training is also available in PyMIC_example:
https://github.com/HiLab-git/PyMIC_examples/tree/dev/seg_self_sup/lung
Note this is an implementation based on our submission to a journal paper, which is a little different from the arxiv version.
