Add our custom attribute globally

I wanted to add my own custom attributes as global attributes. which should be common for all span.

The easiest way is using a Span processor for that, you can configure it to have multiple processors using a MultiSpanProcessor containing the default processor you use (BatchSpanProcessor) and your custom processor to simply add your custom span.
