Duplicate constraint issue while ingesting tables

Failed to ingest CreateTableRequest [fundcraft_investorsubscriptionline] 
due to api request failure: Duplicate constraint found in request: 
org.openmetadata.schema.type.TableConstraint@45bf4725[constraintType=UNIQUE,columns=[investor_id, 
fund_class_of_shares_id],referredColumns=<null>,relationshipType=<null>]
