Changing anchor highlighting

I'm creating a new config to utilitze rocks.nvim and the new Neorg install setup. Looks like things are working, the only thing I can see right now is anchors in links aren't matching the style I had previously. Here's what it looked like previously

What's the best way to change from underline to that bold font? Is it changing some settings in core.highlights?

The issue stems from rocks.nvim installing an outdated version of nvim-treesitter. If you install nvim-treesitter as :Rocks install nvim-treesitter/nvim-treesitter rev=master (note the branch) it will pull the version which gives proper highlighting of anchors in .norg files.
