Is there an example of how to override the keys at runtime as described in the docs?

In the docs, it says:

Tip: At runtime you can override site and secret keys with the NUXT_TURNSTILE_SECRET_KEY and NUXT_PUBLIC_TURNSTILE_SITE_KEY environment variables.

Every time I try this it doesn't work out - I'm likely doing it wrong. Does anyone have an example of doing this for testing out the different scenarios in a dev and test environment?
