User should be able to take a photo upside down.

Please provide some simple steps to help us reproduce the issue or understand how do you want to see the feature.:

1. Open camera
2. take a photo upside down.
3. will see the image is rotated 180 degrees.

What's the device or browser do you use?:
All device will happened this(after 0.71.0)
