How about rename “Noto Serif Kana”? seems not quite “hentaigana” #1

6ba63cb it seems from U+1B002𛀂 to U+1B122𛄢, but lost U+1B001(HIRAGANA LETTER ARCHAIC YE = HENTAIGANA LETTER E-1), and in fact, U+1B122 KATAKANA LETTER ARCHAIC WU …

The Noto Fonts Project is also missing Kana Extended-B、Small Kana Extension (I have done one)

更重要的是，変体仮名有合成濁点形式，你还需要包含附加浊点U+3099、U+309A，那么不如包含所有仮名区段，那么，“Noto Serif Kana”是个更准确的名称。
