Allowing members to set their timezone and location

In the profile we want to let people to select their favorite language, timezone and location (on a map)

The language should defaut to the browser language and the timezone to the current user timezone.

I think it could be good to allow users to also add 'additional languages' so that we show this to other users. For example @Natim could set French as his first language and English as an additional language. We could then add an extra filter by language on the dashboard.

Or.. even better - we could pre-filter the list to only show other users who speak the language(s) you have set...
