左右滑动，以切换 章节/评论/推荐，这个功能会很方便。

暂时是技术原因没解决这个问题。现在是用了tab+切换组件实现的。换成吸顶+tabview，变成两层嵌套滚动，又要控制好元素的高度，这对我来说很难

一般的tab默认就带这个功能，我觉得是你选的很多组件都太老了，不过我完全不懂Dart这些语言，也不知组件是什么样子的，所以无法帮忙。

如果觉得简单可以pr一下，.so直接从apk里挖一个
