This collection broken in Cloudstack 4.19

It appears the python module used in this collection is broken with Cloudstack 4.19 and those maintainers "..no longer have interest in maintaining this library.."

@CodeBleu thanks for the hint. I would like to see is it under the cloudstack apache project. That would be very useful.

This is a bit of a showstopper for us, unfortunately. I'm not willing to build a dependence on something that's unmaintained. I'd really like to be able to use this collection, hopefully we see a resolution to this issue.

I have offered to take over the maintenance of this library. It is quite small and I have also contributed a little to it in the past, the maintenance effort is expected to be low.

Count me in for being willing to assist. I've taken a fork to my own enterprise repository to add some new things (e.g., attach ISO).
