LXC Container - Deleting files does not regain disk space

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a Proxmox LXC container
2. Install Nextcloud AIO
3. Load a big folder
4. Delete that big folder
5. Observe the space being correctly change by nextcloud user interface but not from the admin or real used disk space.

Expected behavior

Removing a file actually deletes it without keeping disk space

Actual behavior

Removing a file actually does not delete it from the system
