v9.9.0 beta with APACHE_ADDITIONAL_NETWORK seems to break Notify Push and Collabora

I was very excited when I saw that it is now super easy to add an additional network to the apache container (as I'm also running other services on the same host besides nextcloud-aio behind a caddy reverse proxy).
Unfortunately it seems as if the Notify Push and Collabora containers don't work very well together with the new setting.
Notify Push log:

Hi, I am 99% sure that APACHE_ADDITIONAL_NETWORK is unrelated to the issue you are having. You might want to subscribe to #5557
