Return to main menu atop EVERY menu

Users, developers, et alia:

I use netboot.xyz within a ProxMox Virtual Environment where it is useful to use noVNC for a virtual console. Problem is, when you hit the escape-key it takes the virtual console out of full screen mode. Thus, having to use the escape-key to back up a menu in netboot.xyz is rather annoying in no uncertain terms. However, simply placing a "Return to main menu" entry (like in the about screen) in EVERY menu in the netboot environment would be an easy fix that would make it far less irritating to use in such environments.

I am willing to do the coding, I'd just like to know if the succeeding pull request will be accepted?
