Add option to CLI plugin to automatically fill enumName

By default, all enums are multiplicated in Swagger output.

I would like to have boolean option in PluginOptions to automatically add enumName.

What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?

This will reduce OpenAPI JSON size and provide better integration with plugins generating source code from OpenAPI specification, as described in documentation.
