Bottleneck only in one place. Everything else can support it.

text = para.split('<img>')[0]
try:
    tmp = para.split('<img>')[1:]
    images = [os.path.join(self.imagePathPrefix, item) for item in tmp]
except:
    images = None

Added capability! Check this commit

But behaviour in postRowToTwitter untested! To be on the safe side, use at most only one image per tweet for now.
