Can these be documented somewhere? Of, if they are documented, can you point me to them? :)

TBH I didn't have the time to build benchmarks, but that probably would be the best way to go about it.

From our use, we haven't seen any meaningful CPU increase, as the overhead for HTTP2/gRPC connections is minimal.
