The problem

#2961 was solved and I was using it, but I think I'm having another problem.

MA is playing but the song suddenly doesn't play.
The song is also moving on when it's time, but it doesn't play on HomePod.

And the group sound doesn't come out all at once, but alternately comes out.
Only the left side of the song comes out, and only the right side of the song comes out, and then repeats.

How to reproduce

I don't know how to reenact it. Raise the log.

Music Providers

Filesystem (local disk)

Player Providers

As I kept listening to it, I didn't hear the left and right of the HomePod, but one side kept coming out and the other side came out It didn't come out. There are times when both don't come out.

I'm moving on to the next song, but the HomePod doesn't make any sound.

I come from #3131. Originally we had the problem that after some given time of playback sound output would suddenly stop and on UI one song appeared to play forever (with playtime counting). Now after b17 sound output still goes silent after some time but the UI gives absolutely no hint whether there is sound output or not - everything appears to be just fine (one song after the other) while actually nothing can be heard.

I want to contribute with my latest logfile - I think the problem occurred around 2025-01-19 01:05:18.225:
music-assistant (15).log

One important detail missing in this issue report: Does this issue happen ONLY when using a GROUP or also when streaming to a SINGLE speaker ?

Please don't post on an unrelated issue - create your own issue report. Otherwise this gets confusing very fast.

@marcelveldt Occurs in both a single and a group.
A problem with only one side occurs when you are in a group.
