Are you guessing that you have internet connectivity problems or is that certain?

Not sure 100% in this specific case (but is not the first time). My connection is FWA and sometimes I've packet loss. I deducted there was something wrong reading from source (Spotify) by this:

2025-01-10 07:57:01.176 ERROR (MainThread) [ffmpeg.5861] No audio data received from source after timeout
2025-01-10 07:57:01.185 ERROR (MainThread) [ffmpeg.5862] No audio data received from source after timeout
2025-01-10 07:57:01.191 WARNING (MainThread) [music_assistant.audio.media_stream] Stream error on spotify--LkS97Z8v://track/1CKhZVUyHhXKtN6Bo68xqq

When I found the Chromecast off, I went to MA and hit play within the current queue and it resumed playing from the above track.

There are other issue reports related to Spotify stream errors so we need you to do some more fault finding to narrow down the problem. Specifically, try other music providers such as radio browser.

Sorry, not easy to troubleshoot this. The issue still persist (maybe after 2 hours of streaming.) Had same issue with RadioBrowser without specific logs.

Try the latest beta (you can run it in parallel) and see if the problem persists there

I tried for few days but same behavior. Sometimes I’ve the logs like the one in the first post (and it should be related to momentarily internet disconnection. Sometimes the Chromecast device goes in idle for around 5 minutes and then off without any corresponding log in MA. I’m now trying to use the embedded Spotify app (bypassing MA for the moment) to se if something happens with long playing.
