[data grid] "No Rows Overlay" does not appear when using an initial aggregation model

Steps to reproduce

Steps:

1. Open this link to live example here
2. There should be two DataGridPremiums, one has the initial aggregation model set and the second does not.

Current behavior

When using the DataGridPremium component and setting an initial aggregator, if no rows are passed into the component the "No rows overlay" is not displayed.

Expected behavior

When using the DataGridPremium component and setting an initial aggregator, if no rows are passed into the component the "No rows overlay" should be displayed.

Context

I want the user to know when there are no rows.
