AnimatePresence exit animation will not run when StrictMode is in use.

4. Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Press the button
2. Notice the stated goal is not achieved 😢
3. Comment out the <StrictMode> line in src/main.tsx
4. Repeat step 1
5. Notice the state goal is achieved 🥳

5. Expected behavior

The exit animation should run as expected.

Hmm seems to only be happening in React 19. I'll see if I can get it set up so I can run e2e tests in both React 18 and 19
