asl complete

many updates since 0.0.1
seems to be working pretty well with norns & directly to a computer over serial.
asl is feature complete except for the 'weave' construct which is temporarily removed after changing the asl implementation.

gc update

garbage collector is set more aggressively to avoid out of mem crashes when reassigning ASLs repetitively.
