negative currency values are malformed

We noticed the following problem:

• create a contribution with a negative value
• use find contributions to search for and export the record

The format in the Excel doc is: "$-20.00" instead of "-$20.00" -- which is the correct formatting in Excel. The former is interpreted as text and can't be calculated without manually converting it from a text to a numeric value in Excel.
