Change password reminder #116

To keep passwords safe, it's needed to change them regurlary. It would be great if Mitro would remind me, say 3-6 months, after adding or updating a login to change the password.

I'm not sure if this is the right way for requesting a new feature. I did see a label for Issues called 'wishlist' so I thought I would add this.
