AF2 dl-binder-design vs binder design colab

Hi Firstly thank you for your amazing work.
I had a question regarding your implementation, I am running the entire binder design pipeline on my hpc based on the pipeline given my baker lab for RFDiffusion on their git using dl-binder-design.
When i compare my results from the dl-binder-design repo and your notebook's AF prediction your notebook gives much better results, the af2 of dl-binder-design puts a lot of distance/residue gap between the target and the binder. I wanted your advice on how i can replicate your AF results if i run locally or on my hpc.
Any help or advice would be much appreciated :)
