Trying to install gallery-dl on new computer getting 0xc000007b error #6870

I have been trying to install gallery-dl but it says 0xc000007b please help

Ok i fixed it somehow but now it won't let me download from twitter, All accounts are considered suspicious and i tried cookies too.
