Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

VS Code Version: 1.96.2-1
OS Version: Arch Linux (up to date)

Steps to Reproduce:

Open vscode
Open a file with repetitive text
Edit part of a text with the shortcut Ctrl+F2

At least in Kubuntu it doesn't work either, I think the shortcut is not mapped correctly in Linux.
