In Ctrl+F search, Up arrow key doesn't work #516

To be consistent with the regular interactions in VS Code, pressing the up arrow key in a search box should cycle through the search history.

Pressing the up arrow key currently does not do anything.

Other Notes

The Down arrow key should also cycle forwards in the search history
