New profile profile specifically for Power Shell 7 is not created after installing Power Shell 7 (7.4.6) (manual installation of PowerShell-7.4.6-win-x64.msi), only three profiles there: command shell, Windows Power Shell, Azure CloudShell. Windows Terminal is at version 1.21.3231.0

Power Shell was installed into C:\Program Files\PowerShell\7 directory, msi packages was taken here: https://github.com/PowerShell/PowerShell/releases/download/v7.4.6/PowerShell-7.4.6-win-x64.msi
No PowerShell Preview installed, it's the first installation of PowerShell 7

Expected Behavior

There should be a new profile specifically for Power Shell 7 after installing Power Shell 7 (manual installation of msi package)

When you relaunched Terminal, it should have updated the PowerShell profile to point to 7.4.6 and created a new profile for the older version.

This is to ensure that the "PowerShell" profile always points to the apparently-best installed version of PowerShell.
